I am suffering caugh problems last 3 nights. All day I feel good but when I came to bed I am facing caugh problem

I am at my wits end... since 2 weeks constantly suffering from lower jaw and throat crushing suffocation going till my chest.... I am 38yrs old man who recently developed blood pressure say about 3 months now and have been on Amlong 5mg (post consultation) since then I generally take this tab after lunch & my BP is now stabilized. I also suffer from cervical spondylosis but I am not on any medication I just excercise and maintain my posture. My height is 5.8 and I weigh 90kgs I have been unable to loose weight though i eat clean and walk an hour a day. Can I take "Carni Q" will it work or would it have any sides since I am on Amlong. If I can take  then when is the best time to take Carni Q since I walk 30min in the morning and 30 in the evening and take Amlong in between.

Hello Doctor, My father aged 52 yrs feeling giddiness and sweating suddenly sometimes. He has no diabetes as of now. We went for a general checkup and found some irregularities in lipid profile.
