I have been prescribed absolut 3g for supplement for a period of 3 months. I am also breast feeding. Can I use this while breast feeding?

I have been diagnosed with urticaria, got CBC done, in that lymphocyte percentage is high but absolute lymphocyte count is normal. Lymphocyte percentage : 47% Lymphocyte count : 2870 In the past CBC also, everytime percentage is high but count is always normal. PFA reports. What is the reason for this ?
