High ferritin levels
Hello, I am a 26 year old woman. I have a high ferritin level of 314 ng/ml. It increased from 285 to 314 when I did got two tests done in a week's time. I have hypothyroidism (level at normal now that I take thyroid medicines) and beta thalessemia trait. I am also slightly anaemic and my haemoglobin is at around 10.
Is this something to worry about? Thank you for letting me know.
