Cold allergy problem. Is helpful for me.

Hello, I m 34 year old. I m always feeling cold and nose conjunction, specially in morning and night. And whenever I m doing dusting, cleaning or going out from house. I m facing this problem from couple of months. Sometimes I feel little soare throat or sometimes I have runny nose. I have small baby who is in breastfeeding. Bcoz of this pandemic situation I can't go hospital with baby. Please if anyone can help me what I need to do in this situation it will be very helpful for me. I don't have cold like normally people face..like runny nose, watery eyes ... I just start sneezing after I wake up. And after one or two hours I will be absolutely fine and then again in evening or night I feel same thing. And some time I have headache and little pain in throat. Please suggest something which is helpful for me.
