Nowadays it is being said that if the solution of drug resistance is not found, then even a scratch will make a person to the brink of death ! , my question is how a scratch will make a person die?, is his immune system insufficient fighting off that little scratch infection?

If drug resistant organisms enter the body from that scratch site and infect us, then it would be a problem for a lot of people whos immune system is not that good. Also when an organism acquires drug resistance, it can change and thus present as a new organism.
And we all know how much normal immunity worked for a lot of people when a new organism ie covid virus infected us.
