We just did annual health check up and in USG, Enlarged Liver of 17.5 cm has been seen, Impression - Hematology for my wife. She had a csec delivery one year ago. And she is not obese. Doesn't smoke or drink alcohol. She is 51 kg and her height is 157 cm. I am attaching USG report for reference. Kindly advise what needs to be done now.

I am having pain on right side of face head tooth ear after herpes zoster. How to treat that. Sometimes paining behind the right eye.

I was diagnosed with IBD (Crohn's colitis) and on mesacol OD tabs since 3 weeks. Got TB skin test and gene xpert from intestine biopsy as negative. My gastro doctor still wants me to put on ATT trial with akurit-4 (4 tabs per day) as I still have on and off fever (99-102). Is it safe to have ATT even if I don't actually have TB? Are the side effects dangerous? I will have periodic LFT as per the doctor's prescription.

My SGPT IS 51.4 and GGT IS 68.4 is high AND Conjugated billirubin is 0.09 is low And AG ratio is 1.91 is high And uria is 15 low pls suggest

I had my blood report done on may my hemoglobin count was 8 I had the treatment of iron supplements and folic acid than also while wal king and doing activities I am tirediness and shortness of breath pls do advice how long to take iron supplements to improve the condition

I am getting pinching like sensation some times in left chest, which lasts for 3 to 4 seconds and disappear. I have gastric issues. I am not sure why pinching sensation is caused. It is just below the surface of skin, occurs some times and disappear.
