Recently a Month back i got my ACL reconstruction done, after a week im facing allergy and itchy for certain food, is this because of anesthesia given during operation or pain medicine given after operation or something else, i had attached photo too, plz can anyone help how to come out of these🙏

In the night before I go to bed, I can feel strong pulse in the back of my head and throat.. it's very evident.. I go to sleep in 5-10 minutes but I wake up at 5 am leaving me with 6-6.5 hours of sleep.. I'm so focused on tat pulse and it disturbs me a lot.. ecg done a month ago and it's normal.. no thyroid..
