Flu

When I do little intense excersise. I feel too hungry so I eat sattu and oats and some other foods as well. But what happens it seems like gas is formed and then it raises to my head. And my head starts to pain and it continues like any thing. And it only heals when I go for sleep overnight and wake up. Or sometimes headache is too much that I end up vomiting and then it heals within hour or so. I don't feel bloating in my stomach. What should I do? Any suggestions would be helpful.

My cousin gets a warm feeling in left upper arm and chest when talking . It feels hot and there is pain in upper after that which gets relieved after sometime.

My Vitamin b 12 level was 97 pg/ ml in August 2020. After consuming NUROKIND FORTE for 1 month it became 370. But checked again yesterday ( 18 th March 2021) and it has again come down to 101 Could you please advise which specialist to consult for this ? Hi. My mother is being suffering from calf muscle pain for 2 days and was finding difficult to get up. Since yesterday, it worsened and she is not able get herself up. Not able to put weight on calf muscles . Facing a bit of loss of strength in hands too. PS. Took covishield vaccine last Saturday.

My father suffered from chicken pox from last 3 days.Blisters are there on all over his body. People says no treatment for this disease. For fever and body pain he took paracetamol and felt some relief. But now on 3rd day new blisters are coming up all over the body and it is very itchy. What to do for early relief and stoping it from spreading more.
