Pain full swelling in one hand near blood vessel... previously happened in another hand.. which specialize doctor to see for this?

I have a ulcer or canker sore on my lower lips for 3-4 days but it does not pain even after applying glycerine it irritates a bit but not much. I have been recently diagnosed with gastritis and uti. Is not paining a good sign or bad I have attached a pic of it please suggest.

My platelets count before Covid (July 2020 ) was 190. It reduced to 115 in Aug and I got my self tested yesterday they are still 134. What should be done here. Though they are increasing but have not gone above 150. Could there be any other cause as well.

Hello, All it is started during cleaning of home, I was exposed to dust and too much cold during evening to night times in Bangalore (recently shifted). Mainly I'm getting cough feeling something itching in my throat (some dust is existing inside my throat) and if I touch water (basically it will be chill water) I will be sneezing continuously for 5 min. Becoz of above reasons getting cough very frequently and I'm also not able to sleep properly. Kindly provide me the solution

I used to feel dizzy time to time for the past few years. it will last for few days and come back after months. sometimes after weeks.. Now its been four five days since im feeling dizzy . i dont feel dizzy 24/7 but it comes and goes in day hours.. what could be the cause.. Last year i felt dizzy for one long week.. plz help advice plz

Hi I was having severe upper back pain I kept hot pack at back under my shirt it was covering half head and my back and I slept on it to provide pressure I was getting relief I fell asleep like that only with that hot pack .in the morning I can feel burning sensation and saw some blister at back is it due to the hot pack used overnight or is it bcz of physiotherapy was done at that place yesterday with machine is it due to that?
