Hi, I am constantly getting diastolic pressure around or over 100 and systole is always less than 130..is this critical or any treatment need to be started right away. Can someone please help me and also how I can lower levels naturally.

My bp reading last month was 160/90 so the doctor asked me to take bp medicines. After taking them it was normal for a month. But now when I went to check the bp it was again 160/90 from 2-3 consecutive days. But I am still taking the medicines regularly, with proper diet and exercise daily. I did many tests like echo, lft, urea and creatinine, blood sugar, lipid all are normal. I was a regular gym goes before the lockdown. I am thinking of rejoining the gym and start lifting weights again. Is it ok?

Hi I have been having fever like symptoms but no temp .fatigue,body aches,shortness of breath.upper back pain middle back pain severe in morning after few stretches it's becoming normal but again if I try to stretch the back iam feeling pain in the upper middle back and front chest.no cold or cough done cbp,crp,lft,lipid,vit b12,nt pro bnp ,serum creatinine serum uric acid thyroid all are normal vit d3 15.5 esr 28 I am vit d supplements .this is happening since aug still no change in symptoms At night I am feeling too much sick no cold or cough but all other fever symptoms.am 27 f .is it due to blood cancer or something???am worried a lot
