In the night before I go to bed, I can feel strong pulse in the back of my head and throat.. it's very evident.. I go to sleep in 5-10 minutes but I wake up at 5 am leaving me with 6-6.5 hours of sleep.. I'm so focused on tat pulse and it disturbs me a lot.. ecg done a month ago and it's normal.. no thyroid.. I have pain in the right center side of my chest. It's painful to touch.. at times, double vision of words and blurred vision of far off objects.. prediabetic at 5.7 Legs ache from lower back till my feet Right knee joint pain.. when I sit down and get up its very painful Please suggest
