My father diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. He is taking below medicines.

He is taking above medicines from last 10 days and sugar level is in control now. But he is feeling very weak and having body pain whole day. He feels heavy whole day. He is not feeling fresh.We are following Diabetic Diet from last 10 Days. He was first diagnosed 9 years back but he was not taking any diabetes medicine. I checked with my General Physician , he is saying continue above medicines for another 15 days. Please suggest what should I do?
