Hi i did my serum ferritin test. My ferritin level is 149 (Normal 30-150). Is there anything to worry? I have also done a cbc test which showed normal wbc, rbc and platelet count.

Is it safe to have vitamin b12 injections in case of deficiency because I'm a vegetarian and I can't have meat
