My mother is a bp and thyroid patient.Today i did her thyroid test it came to 1.1.She is taking thyrox 50mg ,so should she take 50mg thyrox or reduce her dose.She is 70yrs old and her weight is 50kg.For Bp she is taking Sartel H.

What causes microcytic hypochromic anaemia? Is it curable? Vitamin b12 is also low in patient. What should be done?

Covidshield Vaccination taken on March 9, Tuesday. Post Vaccination, mother is having continuous fever around 101 degrees, sometimes 102 along with throat irritation, cough, dry throat , tendency to drink water, stomach problem with loosemotion, tiredness and weakness, vomiting sensation, loss of appetite, taste and smell intermittently. Why is haemoglobin low? Patient is my mother,46. She doesn't have diabetes, hypertension, obesity. She has never smoked either.
