Does microcytic hypochromic anaemia (due to iron deficiency) elevate platelet count? Will it come down after i start treatment?

I have legs cramp unbearable daily and I feel weakness and tension on anything. Sometimes I can't pronounced the words which I can before. Sometimes I have nausea and right side body pain. I had ct scan I year ago that was normal.

My RTPCR report is positive and having CT value is 19. Doctor gave me limcee and Becozinc tablets as well as benydrill cough syrup. However I have only sore throat and cough. Is CT value 19 is severe? what more medicines need to take? and what precautions I need to take apart from isolation.

Last month i had undergone ECG and TMT for light chest pain in left chest doctor said the results of both are normal and doctor prescribed Esopen-DSR for daily 1 time before breakfast. I still have stomach problem such as stomach fullness and gas trouble and feeling of something stuck in throat which leads to some discomfortness in breathing. But today i feel body too hot, but no fever no cough and at the same time nose is dry. Pain in back head also occured. While testing ECG and TMT on that day my bp was 130/80. Please guide me in this regard. I am facing this issues and my daily routines and disturbed.

I am male from delhi and me age is 38 years and I am noticing past days that I have a pain in the left side of the ear to brain for 1 week.I checked my blood pressure it was normal 90/130. A doctor had advised that hot water steam should be taken.I have been taking water steam for 3 days but I have not benefited.I can't sleep because of this pain.pls Tell me anyone what type of pain it is and how it will be solved..???

I had tuburculosis treatment in 2014, which completed in 8 months, during the treatment my eyes got red , i developed tinnitus, underarm itching, groin itching, and abnormal LFT test, yellow urine, It's been 7 years now, TB gone but these issues which arised during treatment are still there. What to do?

I have been experiencing excessive (more than normal) sweating since last few days. About 3 weeks back, I suffered from severe cough & mild fever (COVID negative). Fever is gone but currently have mild cough.

Does iron deficiency increase platelet count? My mother has low mcv,mchc and high rdw. Elevated platelet count. Iron deficiency but high tibc. Vitamin B12 is low too. I wanna know if iron deficiency is the reason behind high platelet count?

Is it alright to drink alcohol or smoke normally after getting covid vaccination or any complications are there Thanks in advance doctors

Before ,I gain weight easily so I ate less and did empty stomach weight training ,lost muscles and some fat but after that I am losing weight continuously day by day .Now I eat more than before still I am not gaining weight. My face sunken looks weak . What would be the cause and treatment. Thanks Height-5.9 Weight- 68kg
