Hi I am having cough for more than a month . It was a dry cough until last week but last couple of days having cold as well.i am a breast feeding mom and have to tried benadryl cough syrup as well. Don't want to take antibiotics as it may affect the baby as well during breastfeeding. Any suggestions would be helpful . Thanks Sathish

I did my blood tests, my Vitamin D level is 9.8 which is too less and my Ferritin level is borderline 149 (Normal 30-150). I have PCOD and Obesity. I have extreme anxiety, depression amd muscle pain. Please say, is there anything to worry? I am really anxious.

Should be PAN MPS syrup be consumed after or before meal? My physician suggested me to have it after meal whereas in online it is mentioned as to be consumed before meal. Thanks in advance for your answer (consultation).

I underwent few blood tests 4 days after getting Covid(+) (asymptomatic). The tests indicated increased levels of D-Dimer - 1.45 ug/mL, PDW - 18.8 fL, MPV - 13.3 fL, PLCR - 51.5% I also have increased levels of MCHC - 30g/dL, RDW-SD - 58.4 fL, RDW-CV - 15.9% Kindly suggest whether any of these values is serious and needs to be acted upon or is this normal.
