Gud morning sir / madam  my age is 24 in this season im frequently gettimg nose blockage and nasal congestion daily with out any reason and when im.splitting im ecperiencing black colour specks in my phlegm slightly sometimes what are the reasons for it give some suggestions to over come it

From morning my brother is having irritation throat i.e Sore throat and weakness in body. No cough and no fever. Please guide me in this regard. Whether it is seasonal or viral?? Or something else.

Hi I m 30 year old since a month I m having pain in my heals whenever I work out or I walk a lot or stand for a longer time.the pain is so much that j m unable to put my heals on floor as it pains a lot .. specially if I sit and stand it takes a while for me to completely put my heals on floor..when I take rest for few days (don't walk much or workout or don't stand )pain is fine .it's been almost more than a month

My mother is feeling mild fever, body pain, discomfort from light, eye pain, joint pain, some times vomiting

Chest Xray shows, "PROMINENT BILATERAL PERIHILAR VASCULAR MARKINGS ARE NOTED" rest all findings are normal What does that mean? Do I need to be concerned about it?

My father is having pre-diabetic condition and were on a strict diet following and physical activity like walking for 30-45 min. But nowadays he is having some leg pain in the right legs. Some stretching feeling and paining. What is this synptom suggest whether he is having some serious issue or something other. Please guide me.

Yesterday I had Master health check done, where in the levels of B, 12 is indicated as 2000 and folic acid ,750...,I am a diabetic and BP patient and also taking preventive heart Meds through prescription. I also have early stage Parkinson's and diabetic neuropathy...I also have a left renal cortical cyst of 4*3 cms , which has doubled in the last 2 1/2 years. Kindly advise ref high B12 and folic acid reading. Thanks..
