Recovered from Covid 4-5 days back but yet I feel the congestion persisting. Taking steam but what to do?

ma’am there is no need to worry, you have survived the biggest fear known to humans , this congestion will go away sooner, even the climate is in favour of congestion so no need to worry

Rest for few days , while resting I recommend u sleep placing your abdomen on bed (back facing the roof ) if not possible then on left hand side , this will help
