29. M. 5'6". 72 kg. I have recovered from covid but still have problems like brain fog, apathy, lethargy, weakness . I have read water fasting of 3-5 days eases up symptoms of post COVID syndrome. Is this true? Which multivitamins and supplements are recommended for post COVID symptoms?
