Kindly take steam inhalation twice daily.Its very common to have such symptoms. Keep following basic precautions. No need to take any medicine if not having cough or sputum production. Have a good day. 👍

This is post covid effects can be there for few days to weeks, please continue steam inhalation twice daily with karvol capsules.
You can also use otrivin nasal spray
