Severe nose block unable to sleep
Am affected with throat infection and chest cold and cough past two weeks and I was recovered suddenly from yesterday i was having runny nose and today am unable to sleep since my nose is blocked and unable to breath proper. Please suggest remedy. I have tried steamer and humidifier but no use.

Use tablet cetrizine 10 mg or levocetrezine 5 mg once daily for 5 days,you can use otrivin nasal spray twice daily for maximum 3 days.Vitamin c 1 gm daily will help too.
