She has thyroid from 8years and now she has dry cough from 10days and unable to taste And smell food,

I had a fever and cough and cold on 22 April, i went to fortise hospital out door drpartment and met with Doctor and provided all the information to him, he wrote some medecines with covid test and few blood test, I got my covid positive report on 23rd April. I have been quarantine since 23rd April,today is the 9th day, since 23rd till today, i dont have any issue, no fever,no cough and cold ,no pain,no breathing issue, i have been using above medecine since 23rd, kindly suggest me how many days i have to more quarantine and what about the medecine

My mum had covid and now she is negative but she feels minor headache and fever sometimes so did some test like d dimer ,ferreting ,LDH.ldh is normal. I attach all reports just want to know  for D dimer test doctor prescribed ecosprin 75 for 1 month so can she take? because she doesn't have any BP problem.plz give me suggestions.
