Hello All, My husband has onset of symptoms from 12th April and tested covid Positive on 14th April with high viral load (rtpcr ct 13). N ct chest score was 11/25. D dimer was in normal range but IL6 was high around 394. So today is his 13th day since onset of symptoms. He was in home isolation with different medications. He does not have fever now but suffering from mild cough now. Using puff as prescribed. So my query is can he finish his isolation and mix with his family after 14 days? We have elderly parents and a 2 yr old in our family. Does he need to wear mask after isolation as well? Please advise

So my grandmother suffered a brain hemorrhage around 8 months back and during the treatment she caught Pneumonia due to which doctors had to put her on tracheostomy support also she suffered paralysis due to this. From last 8 months her condition improved hugely but recently due to covid increase my mom caught covid and she got infected as well. Her E target value is 28, RdRp target value is 28 and RP target value is 25. Major problem she has been facing from last 4-5 days is one of caugh which has increased too much and oxygen cylinder which we had to use 3-4 times in a month now is more or less on continious which is in between 1-6 range. I have attached her current prescription for your reference. Help on what medicines should we give her will be very very helpful.
