Can a fully vaccinated person after 2 months of the shot can donate it's Plasma to covid patients for plasma therapy?

I am having mild fever 99-100. Whenever I take dolo 650 I get ok but after 4-5 hours fever reappear and a lot of fatigue. I just drank cold water and on Thursday and since that evening I am having fever and a slight dry cough. My doctor told me to rest for 1week and if fever is there then go for covid test. Is he right? Ther is no loss of smell or taste?
