Can we take Ivermectin-12MG empty stomach in morning ? For covid -19 ( please omit this part ) please omit this part

He is doing well but and into medication but fever is fluctuating in the morning it will like 97 and in the evening it increases to 101 .He is been given dolo 650 currently ..Dolo is given as per Dr consult as he has informed to be taken only if fever comes..

My father got his 2nd dose of covishield on 9th April. Since 14 April he is unwell. At present he has extreme weakness and eats very less. Taking paracetamol and zedex dry cough syrup. Kindly advise something for weakness so that he eats something and feel better. Is electral good?

Im working in aviation my company dr have given me the medicines which says that i have to take Ivermectin -12mg once daily , but not mentioned anything morning or evening ? So i skipped my medicines yesterday safer side now im trying to connect to him but being sunday our company drs are not Available ,so can i take it in morning or can i take anytime in a day ?

My son is having fever upto 102 and sometimes dry cough from 2 days. Fever use to come after effect of medicines is over after every 4 hrs. Maxtra p drop1.0 ml using , should i continue this medicine

He gets fever up and down. His body Feels tired with which pain breaks their body. He is 60years old so we dnt want to take them outside. Near doctor clinic are also closed due to covid.So please suggest good medicine for him . And give me some guidance how to treat them. Thanku
