Last 1 years facing chest problem. Some time arise chest pain and all time facing heaviness. filling uncomfortable and my head like heavy.

Hello , I am taking Eltroxin 25 mcg medicine aa per prescribed by my doctor because my TSH is 7.73 as per test . It's been almost 25 days I am taking this medicine regularly empty stomach but I am feeling some issues like first Initially i was experiencing static current while touching any thing even very much dey skin . Now I m facing extreme muscle cramps , suddenly joint pain , leg , feet , elbow pain .. please suggest these are side effects ?? And along with this medicine I have b12 and vitamin D deficiency for this also I have taken prescribed injections like only 1 dose I have taken for vitamin d -Arachitol -6L 15 mg and MeAxon plus for B12 _i have taken 5 in a week ... it's been almost 2 weeks I took this injections .. I was all ok after taking these but it's been 3-4 days I am facing more muscle cramp m sudden pain ..

What's the  difference in aceclofenac and dolo...If it's not available...than can we take dolo as substitute??

My father got his covid vaccination two weeks ago since then he is suffering from fever and cough. Paracetamol is not effective at all and cough is also persistent. Please help

Zincovit,vitamin C & zin chewable tablets ,cipacal 500 can be taken by everyone ? 1.can all three meds be taken at the same time, three times a day after food ? 2. If someone with certain medical condition needs to avoid it ? 3. If people taking medicines for other ailments can take these along with them ?

Covid test and CBC are awaited, meanwhile how do we deal with this situation if temperature stays 101- 102 been 6 days now at stretch.

My son is 10 years old, having fever since yesterday morning. His stomach is not upset,but he is just clearing his throat frequently but not coughing. I have given him paracetamol 250mg 2 times. After taking medicines fever drops down, but again it comes back mostly at evening. Fever stays at 99 -100. Does it a symptoms of viral fever or do I need to take him for RT PCR test. Please advice.

My family members after taking vaccine they had fever and vomitings. Now I am on my periods with heavy cramps and vomitings. Due you suggest me to get vaccinated now or else to wait until my periods stop? As I staying at home with proper care..
