Dear doctor My wife has rheumatoid artiritis. She is also taking thyrocare 75 mcg. Couple of years back she was given nitro furantin for uti, with which she reacted very badly and had hives on the shin on whole body. Then she was given steroid to subside it. Please advise if she can take the covid vaccine. Should I keep some steroid handy just in case if she reacts to the vaccine. Allegra 180 did not help when she had reaction with the salt.
