Flu

I have fever from last 3 days. No body pains no joint pain and no heavy cough just a fever and I have been using DOLO 650. Whenever I take medicine temperature comes to normal but after sometime again I am hitting 99 to 101. I don't know what I am affected with request you to suggest some antibiotic if it is really required. And one important thing my eyeballs are feeling it's very sensitive to touch other than that No other issue. Request to help me out. Thanking you in advance.

Around 10-12 days earlier had fever, cough and little body pain , 6 days earlier had HRCT Scan and came to know that it shows  negligible patches around lungs.. since then as for a fear of covid 19 having medicines such as ivermectin, doxy, vitamin c , zinc , azithromycin, cetirizine, etc and had completed the course . Also have not gone through any RT-PCR test for covid19 , but for now no fever since 7-8 days , no body pain , just little cold, bad cough and loss of smell .. what to do ??? Just need to come over of this cough...

Im from aviation background , I reported positive last evening after that i got few precribed medicines by my company dr in which one of the medicine was IVERMECTIN-12MG, They haven't mentioned when to take this medcine its just written once a day for 3 days, Since i skipped my dose of last night, now im thinking to take IVERMECTIN-12MG and start it from monring now after breakfast , Any how on my prescription theres nothing specifically mentioned, so shall i take it now after my breakfast soonest saferside to avoid further increasing of covid infection in my body ?

My father took vaccine day before yesterday and suffered with fever and bodypains till yesterday evening.and my question is can he eat meat today( mutton). As lot of people saying not to eat non veg for 10 days after vaccine.
