Heart rate fluctuating
Last few weeks my heart rate keeps going in the 90-110 range even without doing anything. Early morning it starts off ok, 68-72, but during the day increases.
I had covid-like symptoms some months back but tests were negative. Can it be connected?
Could stress lead to persistent tachycardia like this?
