Doctor , usually my body temp is 96 degree but from yesterday morning I am having 99.4 degree with full body pain especially leg and back muscle. I am also having cough. Feeling damn tired and weak. Recently I have attended marriage function of my relative. I am very much afraid .please tell me what to do doctor

I was COVID positive 20 days back and had fever for 2 initial days, loss of taste and smell, cold and weakness.
From last couple of days im feeling like I got my smell and taste back (70%). Does this means I don't have virus inside me? Also what all test I have to do next?

Post COVID recovery
I had COVID I recovered it's 21 days today. I had CRP level on day 8 as 15 but I did not take any medicine . I recovered with steam, gargle and paracetamol. D-Dimer test was not done . Do I need to do all test again to check if my CRP level is dropped in 22 days or should I leave it as I have no symptoms
