Hello, it's normally advised to have Multivitamins/multimineral along with Vitamin-C now a days to boost the internal immunity. I would like to know what would be the ideal duration to take both Multivitamins and Vitamin-C for an adult. Also, the exact time to have them would be quite needful information. Thanks,

You can continue multivitamins and Vitamin C 500 once daily for eternity. If you think your diet plan covers all vitamins, minerals you can stop taking supplements.
