I have a dull persistent headache for about 2 weeks now. I have spondylitis and used to take physiotherapy till January. My parents had covid and due to isolation at home my sleeping cycle was severely affected and due to lack of space my sleeping posture was also compromised. I fear it may be covid as well, but I do not have a throbbing pain. I also wear glasses with -0.5 and -1.0 power. Recently my screen time has also increased a little. Kindly guide. Thank you!

Get your eyes checked for any increase in power, check your sitting posture, in addition to screen time it is also a lot of additional sitting time that people are incurring these days. Try to be aware about your posture, of your weight feels tilted more to left or right try to consciously correct it. Do not tilt your head on one side and read or work on laptop for too long. Take a proper office chair with back rest and keep the screen at a reasonable distance.
