My father d dimer was 0.6 yesterday,today it showing 0.7,normal range is less than 0.5 Since yesterday only his treatment has started, Is it very much High? How much time does d dimer takes to reduce

The report for Antibody test (ECLIA) shows index value for IGg as 18.90. This test is being done after 15 days sice my father's negative covid report. With this index value of IgG, can he take his 2nd dose of Covid Vaccine? Or he needs to wait for some more days/weeks before taking it? Does IgG index value tells about the immunity degree?

I was tested positive on 20th April and having no symptoms at all do I need to take any medicine or any other tests are required.

I was prescribed Tazloc AM (40/5) in the morning for hypertension.  I experience tiredness and lightheadness during day time after taking this medicine. Currently I can't access the physician who prescribed. Is there anything wrong in trying taking Telmisartan 40 at morning and Amlodipine 5 mg at night. Current BP is 125/100.

Want to relief from constant cough that is continue for last 3 days. First two days was fever. But fever gone now. Now cough is constantly hit me. Doctor give montelucst onece daily. When I take this tablet only for 5-6 hours I got relief. After that again cough hit me. So please tell me what should I do now? Doctor also do covid test. Result is pending. Now what should I do?? I am very fear about result..!!!
