Consult with a doctor
Online now
First and most important advice would be to consult a doctor as we need to look for signs of dehydration, pulse, blood pressure , temp and Spo2. Until then, please get tested for sars cov 2 rt pcr. Have plenty of oral fluids ( mix ors sachet in 1 litre of water, take at least 2-3 per day) And sporolac sachet.. The choice of antibiotics varies on a proper history, hence its better to consult. For fever, take tab pcm 650mg when fever goes above 100.  (Minimum gap between two doses should be 6 hours) .
Next Steps
plenty of oral fluids ors sporolac pcm consult a doctor.
