Hello, can inhaling steam twice daily prevent us from corona virus infection? Have heard that the corona virus stays in the nasal cavity for a day or two, by inhaling steam, even if the virus is present, it wil die. Any reality in this?

My husband tested positive on 27the.He is not having any symptoms apart from cough,loss of smell.Initially he had mild fever and body ache on 22nd April and we did a video consultation on practo.After that no fever and also oxygen level is normal. He is in home isolation from 23rd.Currently he is taking d-rise 60,ivermectol,zincovit.Any suggestions.

She tested postive for covid and infection has reached till lungs, she has blood pressure and on medication and she took covid vaccine 8 days ago .appetite issue she has n pain in throat not able to eat food

Hi Doctor. Patient got fever around a week back for 2 days. Dolo 650 was taken during same. However the temperature is normal now. But there is loss of smell after fever and cough is still there. So could you suggest some medications for same. Thanks

My wife has completed 14 days of Quarantine after showing mild covid symptoms. Below are her CBC report: Haemoglobin :9.9 gm/DL ESR (1hr) >110 mm S Ferritin 402 ng/ml CRP : 25.5 mg/DL She is coughing and having temperature always, her pulse is always > 110. Had her CT , it says covid negative with no lung involvement but tiny calcified granuloma present in lungs. What could be the reason of high ESR, is it concerning?

Hi , My father has been tested positive for covid 19. He is on his 11 day of quarantine and he didn't have fever since 22nd of april. But suddenly today, on his 11 day he had fever of 99. Can anybody please tell me why again he is having fever ? Is it expected ? If not then what is the possibility tht why he s having fever. Saturation level : 96. He is 60 yrs old. Also kindly mention if i can consult you now .

I gave my RTPCR test sample on 22nd April. Result came on 27th April. Mean while I took Azithral and Dolo 650 till 25th April. On 25th medicine was changed to Ivermectin, migron L, Dolo and Doxy due to loose motions, fever and allergic cough. After completion of 5 days course. Now I am normal. I am under COVID home care, quarantined. Just taking only multivitamins now and using betadine gargle twice daily. Today is 9th day. When to submit swabs again for a possible negative result? I am feeling better day by day.
