I am diabetic and BP patient and have test myself today with CAP, CRP and ferritin the CAP and CRP report is normal but my ferritin level is showing 750. And I don't have any covid symptoms only I have fever and cough from last 3 days after taking the medicine my cough has reduced 80% and fever too... then why my ferritin level is high and my sugar is also low ? What to do ? And what to eat ? Plz suggest me some diet to follow to reduce my ferritin and it's is dangerous to have high ferritin level ?

My mother is diabetic,have thyroid,bp,n currently taking some urinal infection tablet.Since 3-4 days she is feeling extreme weekness, sleepiness,and loss of appetite.Today morning she even vomited.Could you please tell what tests or medications need to be taken.
