Severe headache along with fever
My father is having fever since 4 days along with severe headache . He is also a patient of high BP and high diabetes. We checked his BP , sugar and Oxygen level , all seems fine .
He takes medicines for BP , diabetes (using insulin injection) regularly.
And currently he is taking calpol 650 three times a day , azithromycin( last dose to taken today), Ziverdo Kit Contains Zinc Acetate 50 mg, Doxycycline 100 mg & Ivermectin 12 mg Dispersible Tablets , calcirol.
Could any doctor please suggest why is he having severe headache and suggest medince also??

Give Calpol650 mg every 6 th hourly. He should be alright in a couple of days.

As your father is taking azithro, he might be havung loose stools..kindly confirm it and ifbis it ,then start sachet electral at every 2hrs.

Headache is a common symptom in a viral fever.Therefore, I would advise you to continue giving paracetamol 650 mg thrice a day, and watch for any other new symptoms and consult doctor.
