I had fever, body pain, loss of smell/taste (all the Covid-19 symptoms) 2 weeks ago. Got tested but the report was Negative. I consulted a GP who prescribed some medicine which helped. I have recovered well except for the cough. Tried syrups and honey ginger paste but not much of a relief. Can you please advise some meds. Thank you.

My son tested covid positive on 18th Apr. Onset of symptom 17th Apr. Fever 100.8. He took 5days Azothromycin 1time, Calpol 3times alongwith zinc/multi vitamins/vitC/D3. His fever came down in 2days. Today is 13th day from onset but he still have low grade fever. Fever is on-off in a day and ranges between 98 to 99.6.Does he have some other infection too. No other symptoms. Can he come out from isolation. Do rtpcr required before that. Is this fever usual for covid patient. Max till wen it will be there.When i should get worried due to fever?

I am covid positive in home quarantine and have been taking the medicines for 4 days . I have almost recoved with no fever from last 2 days and no major cough . Today I realised I have lost the sensation of smelling , although I still can feel taste . What should I do to get my sense of smell back? I have been taking the following medicines Doxy 100 ,ivermecitin 12mg, azysoft 500, supradyn , limce , zinc and brozedex syrup

Today I did antigen test for Covid 19 and it was -ve but I am feeling weak. So is it a symptom of Corona or dehydration or something else. Also I am feeling illness sometimes.
