These r mild symptoms which needs to b investigated for COVID and also may b due to other infections. Go for RTPCR test. Consult your physician or consult with me on practo app for furthur advice

For fever use pcm 500mg and for cough syp. Grillintus 2 tablespoon 3 times per day.
