I am having fever between 99 to 101 since yester, with cold little bit cough, no body ache no weakness. I ha e diabetes, What should I do?

I had fever monday After that i have no fever till friday But i have no taste n smell I have no weakness or any other symptoms I am fine otherwise Please suggest what to do
