Fever Since 9 days. Attached below.

Dear Sir, My father is 70 years old , he is Diabetic also in medication. On last before last Friday 30/04/2012 He took Covaxin Vaccine, after today's of Vaccination he got fever and the temperature is ranging from 99.6 F to 101.4 F , BP:- 116/62 & Pulse:- 92~95,98/78~82 in range. He is taking DOLO 650, Revital Vitamin tablets & Vitamin C 500 mg tablets & (Dionli & Losar.H for Diabetics & BP) tablets day & night since 5days. But still the fever is not in control. So I took my father to hospital and there is no doctor available any were in our area due to COVID Pandamic. So I took my father to Medical Centre for Taking Self Test for Blood (Malaria Test , typhoid test , CBC & RBC) and I got the reports just now, So I request you kindly suggest me what to do by reviewing the report attached below.
