From last many months left testicle of my father increases and becomes harder and get pain after lefting heavy items. this pain also radiates to left lower abdomen and even sometimes this pain also radiates to lower back . But urine is normal no frequent urination, No pain and burning during urination . and no fever. He Never went to a doctor for this problem. So which medicines he need ?

I have weakness and thighs pains and uric acid pain at knee ,also platelets are getting down frequently so after consultation this is final diagnosis which I mentioned on my profile,now is this is enough or I should for any opinion

Hb 6.8 Since 1 Year, No Improvement Female (unmarried) | Age 25, weight: 38 kg, height: 5.3. I’ve been suffering from anemia for 6–7 years. My hemoglobin remains at 6.8 g/dL despite multiple treatments and a healthy diet. Had typhoid/stomach infections 2–3 times. Constant fatigue, weakness, pale skin, weight loss. White hair and increased hunger despite low weight. Liver, thyroid, and sugar reports are normal. Iron tablets cause stomach issues; I can’t tolerate them. Doctors give meds but no clear diagnosis. Recent Reports Summary (19-May-2025): ✅ Liver Function Test: Normal ✅ Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH): Normal ✅ Blood Sugar: Normal ⚠️ CBC: Hemoglobin: 6.8 g/dL (Severely low) RBC Count: 3.22 million/µL – Low PCV: 21.2% – Low MCV, MCH, MCHC: All low → Microcytic Hypochromic Anemia. Platelets: Normal (2.28 lakhs). Please guide me: What could be the cause? What tests should I do next? Any gentle and affordable iron treatment options? I am really worried. Please help.🙏

Hello Doctor, I experience severe PMS symptoms starting 10–15 days before my period (next due on 28th). It begins around the 15th–18th and includes nausea, vomiting sensation, bloating, heavy head, fatigue, and stress. My IBS also worsens — alternating constipation and diarrhea, sometimes 4 times a day.  Last cycle, I had GERD-like symptoms for 4–5 days — difficulty swallowing, burning throat and acid regurgitation after eating. I also get headaches and mood swings. These symptoms significantly affect my daily life and mental well-being. Once my period starts, I feel a sense of relief. But the premenstrual phase is extremely challenging to manage every month.  Can you please suggest what might be causing such intense PMS and if there’s any treatment or relief available, especially considering my existing IBS condition? My father (66yrs. Old ) - Type 2 yesterday (18/06/2025)sugar  level is 54 which hypoglycemia but today about(19/06/2025) the sugar level is 433 doctor prescribed is not take insulin during food and cather is attached in bladder therefore he didn't walk?
