Mild spotting should go away in the next 4-5 days if you are already on crina NCR. It happens from time to time. Not to worry. Tab Pause 500 mg twice daily after food for the next three days OR until spotting stops, whichever is earlier. For the pain in lower abdomen, if Meftal spas twice daily after food for 2 days is not helping, a clinical examination and USG lower abdomen is necessary to rule out any complicated underlying issues.
