Get cardiac ECG and echo done  share results. Stop fatty and sugary food, stop smoking and hukkah Take abundant fresh vegetables and fruits.  Get blood sugar and HbA1c done. Stay active physically. Repeat lipid profile after 4 to 6 weeks.
