Hi, I recently found out that my Vitamin D levels were very low, so my doctor prescribed me a weekly dose of Vitamin D3 — 60,000 IU. While researching, I came across multiple sources suggesting that Vitamin D should be taken with Vitamin K2 to ensure calcium is properly directed to bones and teeth, and not to soft tissues. I consulted two different physicians, but unfortunately, their guidance was inconsistent. One said Vitamin K2 is not necessary, while the other said it should be taken only with calcium supplements. Neither could explain how and when exactly K2 should be taken with high-dose D3. So my question is: Since I’m taking 60,000 IU of Vitamin D3 per week, should I be taking Vitamin K2 as well? If yes, what dosage and frequency (daily or weekly)? Also, could anyone recommend a good product or combination? Any evidence-based guidance or personal experiences would be really helpful. Sir I am bitten by a puppy 2 month ago exactly The blood didn't come I just had a little injection type scratch in my finger that disappear one week later .I had taken rabies injection less than 12 hour after bite I have fully completed my injection course as per date I have no symptoms no illness as of now , but I am in fear knowing rabies virus take 1 to several weeks to develop first symptoms explained in Google my friend told me sir please tell me I don't have to worry because blood didn't come I took all injection properly and sir can I eat meat now

My mother is having cervical spondylisis.There is dizziness ,back ache, numbness in hands and legs and slight numbness in head .Also sometimes disbalance.Doctor have prescribed Vertin for dizziness.But sometimes there is relief than sometimes all symptoms come back.is it curable?Also how is the medicine Cinrazine tablet for cervical??please guide
