I feel tiredness lethargy some times aftee getting up in the morning. I sleep around 1am wake up around 8am. If i take another nap in the after noon i feel energetic and can do my works. What to do?

I am having a heart rate around of 61-63 BPM, sometime it goes slight up to 110 BPM. As i am having a sedentary lifestyle. Can 61-63 BPM shows some cause for concern. From the last 1-2 years i am not doing any exercise. On feb -2021 i had done ECG whicj were normal. But this 61-63 BPM heart rate shows some tension. Whether i am have any problem.? Please guide me.

I'm suffering from cough,I feel irritation insite my throat that cause coughing since a month but it's not always...as if I feel this today it will happen again may be tomorrow or a day after tomorrow or may be a gap of 1,2 days I do gargal almost once a day...what should I do to get rid of this

Frm 1mnnth I'm getting shortness of breath fr just few secs afterwards it gets normal...nose becomes too dry..and having chest pain sometimes...chest x-ray and ECG is normal...getting little mucus frm nose or throat jst once or twice in the day in the form of hard bulbs.....not getting the reason y?? Plz suggest r the airways blocked...if so wat to do

My daughter is 4yr 10months. DPT 2nd booster is suggested at 5yrs. Can she take even now? Before turning 5?
