Fever+ shoulder pain
From last two days I was having fever and I was not aware about it as I was feeling completely normal, just lil weakness in morning. But now I feel weakness and fever around 100-101 . Also pain in hand and shoulders. I tested the covid but it was negative. Can you please guide me medications. Currently taking sinarest and Azithromycin

Both the medicines you are taking I’m not according to your symptoms, You had not mention which test you took for Covid as it was the antigen test or RT .PCR. Are you monitoring your SP O2 levels you have not mentioned in above history SP O2 level monitoring is very important in Covid treatment. Pain in hand and shoulder can be due to weakness and Nerve damage caused by viral prodromal symptoms
