Is it safe to get vaccinated if blood pressure and diabetes are not in normal range from past 10 days,asking for my mother

I was tested covid positive on 02-jun. Luckily doctor whom i had consulted in practo had put me on covid medication since 26th may. Now i dont have major symptoms. Is there any medication that i need to take now as i completed the course he had given me?

I have done my routine medical check in that below values are highlighted for concern : 1. Vitamin B12 is 59 pg/ml (180-914) 2. Red cell distribution width (RDW)- 14.60( ideal 11.60-14) 3. Liver and kidney panel- ALT(SGPT) -65 U/L (<50) urea- 13.50 mg/dL (17-43) 4. HDL Cholesterol- 32 mg/dL(>40) Can anyone suggest for area of concern and what should I do

Hi Doctor I have gone through whole body check up by blood test. LFT, KFT, Thyroid are in range. But in blood report platelets count is 111 which should be in 150-450. Even I am not ill , I am feeling normal no issues are there. Should I take care about that? Need to give attention on this count? Please suggest me.🙏
