I took first dose of covishield vaccine on 21-06-2021 and I am suffering from chill and fever of 102 f. What can I do now. I took DOLO 650 for every 4 hours once.

Hi, A big black rat ran over my foot and left some scratch marks. After 4-5 minutes, I washed the foot, first with diluted and after that with undiluted dettol liquid, but didn't feel any burning sensation (does it signify the scratch was only superficial?). I am attaching the pics of foot also. Just wanted to know if I need to take TT or ARV? And do I need to monitor it for any future complications ? Thanks for any advise.

My house physician has prescribed me two doses of OCID DSR tablet twice a day (Before breakfast and Dinner). My question is, how long the effect of 1 tablet of OCID DSR lasts in the body ? Be informed, I have no other health complication except GERD, and I am already under treatment of my regular house phumysician. Hello Doctor, My complete family tested covid positive on April 21st.. and got negative after 14days.. So can we can our first vaccination dose on 26th June.. As we cannot wait for 3 months proposed by govt.. as we have to travel abroad by july 2nd week.. By taking vaccine before before 3 months causes any health issues.. Please let us know
