Usg abdomen
I had multiple abdomen ultra sound with blood tests all were normal as I felt a little weird at right lower abdomen but when I went for a ct scan it showed 4.5 mm lymph node what does it mean? My doctor said it's nothing why? Can't a ultra sound detect a lymph. Node? Why I feeel wierd. If I. Have nothing my doctors says. I. Have hypochondria?

Sensitivity of CT scan is always higher then ultrasound so it can detect few structures more clearly then usg. Ur symptoms r not typical of hypochondriasis We should never label our self with any psychiatric illness so easily these diagnosis r carried forward life long. CT SCAN ARE SIGN OF INFECTION IN NEAR BY STRURCURE WHICH DRAIN IN THAT LYMPH NODES Kindly share ur concern in detail so that I can guide you further
