Your liver is enlarged and you have fatty liver. Also get tests for hepatitis B and C done. Triglycerides are also high. Avoid fatty meals, alcohol, sugary food and drinks. Take small, frequent meals. If pain is more,  take tab meftal spas one sos. Tab Atorva 10mg, after dinner for a month. Repeat tests after a month.
